Luwing Peche Loayza
Before relocating to the United States and enrolling at the University of Buffalo School of Law, Luwing studied law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and became a lawyer admitted to practice law in Peru.
In Peru, Luwing practice as an Arbitrator and Arbitration Case Manager in contractual, administrative, and labor disputes. Also, he worked for law firms and different levels of the government administration practicing regulatory, contractual, and international law. After relocating to New York, Luwing did some volunteer work at the Legal Services of Central New York in the Binghamton office and participated as a mediator in small contractual claims and Child Visitation disputes at Accord, Binghamton.
After completing his first-year, Luwing did an internship with the Chautauqua County Public Defender Office assisting attorneys particularly in the criminal defense of Spanish speakers clients. And, as part of his experimental courses, Luwing did an externship with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Buffalo, New York.
