Compensation established

Client injured his left shoulder lifting a couch in his home in 2016. He had some physical therapy and nothing else. He was working in January 2018 and when he was retrieving a box from a shelf he felt a pain similar to the one he had in 2016. He reported it, but the employer told him he was not going to be covered because of his pre-existing injury from 2016. In July 2018, he underwent surgery of his shoulder and now his neck is acting up. The judge dismissed the defense and approved the compensation and the treatment.
